Online purchases are eligible for store credit only if you email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Due to hygiene reasons, bodysuits, swimwear, leggings, etc, will not be accepted.

Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and forward photos of any damage.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
